CDS Employers Corner

Consumer Directed Services offer Texans the option of self-directing their supports. That means you have choice and control over the care you receive and the person who provides that care. You recruit, select and train your employee. We facilitate a background check on prospective employees and assist you in hiring that employee. You manage their daily work and sign-off on their timesheet.

As your fiscal agent, we do your payroll and file your quarterly and annual employer tax returns. We also report to you and your case manager or service coordinator on a monthly basis letting you know what hours you have used. We support the CDS option in Texas' HCS and Texas Home Living long term care programs.
